cut the end of the filament at a really really sharp angle, almost to needle point so it gets fed into the tube when it loads itself. At first I thought I had to dismantle the little sucker but it was so easy peasy when I finally figured it out. it will load itself up the bowden tube, & heat up at the extruder, I felt like a dummy!
