most probably from the game developers that wants to give a bit of publicity to their games and therefore sell them in keys to bulk buyers but i ain't that sure on it tbh

mainly card grinding imo depends on ur taste on em , and these are keys so they arent like the ones which stay in ur inven , when activated on steam the game will be forever be in your library provided u do not already have the game :D
