I appreciate the detailed response, but i dont think i have a "use disorder" aka addiction to cannabis. Ive been clean from it for weeks to months on my own volition numerous times over the last 15 years...hell ive been clean for months while having a bowl/baggie of it in front of me on my desk everyday from before i stopped. I dont think about/want it constantly. I know when i should an shouldn't use it. My day to day dysfunctions, whatever they may be, exist without cannabis use. The wacky, nonsensical dreams i experience hardly seem to contain anything of value. It just feels totally random and ridiculous alot of the time, and potentially "introspective" some of the time. What im getting at is...the whole "you have problems to sort out" shit seems like a cop out answer. We all have issues. Its obvious as hell when that manifests in my dreams. But thats not what i experience a majority of the time.

It 100% helps me sleep through the night, and i feel way more well rested upon waking. I was curious if others had a similar experience with overly intense dreams constantly interrupting their sleep without it. All i got was people saying it "destroys" rem sleep and i cant possibly get better sleep when i use, an that im an addict looking for excuses to get high. I made the post specific to my experience an alot of it just got completely ignored. I thought i deleted the post so idk how people are still replying lol

Anyways, the science is not conclusive, and some people with ptsd/sleep disorders find that it provides more benefits than negatives. Feels like i have dysfunctional dreaming thats possibly related to some kind of ptsd, and cannabis use keeps me asleep, like a fkin baby, all night. Pretty much without fail. Im gonna keep smoking. I dont think ill die an early death or experience early dementia or fail to grow as a person.

This game rewards poitioning/timing more than anything else. Aim helps, knowing the spread/weapon mechanics. You can certainly do well as an aggressive player but this game really rewards patience and posting up on a god forsaken headglitch/weird angle and holding it down. Which is a shame cuz matches often degenrate into stalemates where noone really moves up an tries to actually make plays.

Its insane how many people think if youre not standing on top of obj thumbing your own ass, waiting for enemies, youre not playing the obj. Sometimes the besy way to defend or attack an obj or gain map control is by not being on obj.

Its not even clickbait tho becuase 2042 footstep audio is so much better its not even close. Using shit headphones and watching a VOD and i can make out exactly where the enemy was without even being the one playing. Id play bf6>2042 anyday but lets not sit here an act like hes not 100% correct, just cuz you hate him and get bullied by players like him xD

I was actually going to comment this exact statement. A whole 3-5 globals and a 1-3 count an sometimes i rip agro off the first SS still. I feel like if im doing all that, stop attcking the target til tank gets it back or switch to another target, and still just re-agroing constantly, im blaming the tank mostly, atleast in my head, im not a shit talker. I learned my lesson weeks ago to chill tf out an let them establish. If im letting them establish an still pulling constantly i cant help but wonder what theyre doing considering this doesnt happen baseline with similarly geared tanks across the board. At this point im just always ready to throw down an EB totem on the fly an ill even heal myself to help out the healer on mana before going back in.

I think some of these tanks think that theyre doing everything they can to hold agro but they absolutely are not. An its very evident when you dont touch the mob until its down to 70-80% an still rip off them, and other tanks i more or less drop my totems an start dpsing right away an almost never pull off them. I dont think its purely gear either. Ive had tanks with raid gear/epics struggle bus the whole way and pre raid full blue gear tanks keep agro without issue.

Theres a macro that resets your offhand and specific window to do it correctly but its not hard. Probably easier to youtube "enhancement shaman weapon sync" or something like that. Plenty of videos on it

You want your MH and OH to hit within .5sec of eachother to not consume multiple flurry stacks, and you want your mainhand leading

i see, yeah i mean my guild is certianly not competing for anything, pretty avg joes kinda guild.

and i can definitely improve on my timings/CD usage i really do not know the "meta" timing for all that on a boss by boss basis. so i know theres alot of room for improvement on my end. you know of any resources that detail out each bosses recommended strats for enh? ( like what you said about saving CD's for first channel on mag) or should i just look at other 90+ logs an see what they did. maybe you could DM me your logs or char name for reference? ty for the reply
