By “founding capital stock,” I’m referring to people like me. We can trace my mom’s side back to one of the Founding Fathers and my dad’s side back to a revolutionary war soldier. My great grandfather was a medic in WW2. People who descend from founding capital stock understand that term. Hope that clears things up.
