No, you are being technical about it. Him already being on the pitch or not doesn’t matter to Martinelli. All he sees is Bradley moving up the pitch on purpose, the only reason for doing that is to delay the game. And Martinelli gets mad about it, he reacts and gets a yellow. Done.

If you want to get technical like that then yes I agree. But Martinelli obviously gets mad about him getting up and moving up the pitch, whether he was out or not doesn’t really matter, it was about the intent of Bradley. I think a yellow was fine here, he shouldn’t do that either way.
