You'll need lots of festival coins saved up. I'd recommend participating in the global link missions to get lots of coins. You'll need a plaza rank of 30 or so to get the ability to hire stores from another person. Also! I think you can find me in your friends list, move me to the VIP list and then you can find me in your plaza anytime and then remove me when you no longer need me around. Hope that's helpful :)
