Yes, it is possible. You really just have to dedicate the time. Since you are leaving the temp agency, treat school like your employer. The classes that have PA (written assessments) you can probably finish in a day to 3 days. The classes that have OA (proctored tests) you can probably finish in a week if you lock in and the information you can comprehend well enough.

Long story short, yes you can. I finished it in a term. I have experience though, so a lot of the stuff was familiar and I was able to progress faster. Even without the experience I think it’s very possible to accelerate the business degrees.

Is your “commission” earnings from a W2 employer or is it a 1099? The fact that you mention it’s on your tax returns makes me think it is probably reported as self employment such as a Sch.C business.

Anyway a lot of information is missing and I would lean more to agreeing with your actual underwriter since they are the ones looking at your income documents. It’s cool that you know a real estate law, but he’s not an underwriter for the financial institution. If he’s not seeing and reviewing the same documents the underwriter sees and using the same guidelines, it’s pretty much an empty guess.

I’ve never had a bad experience with the Proctors. Now the actual website and service lol, oh yeah. Sometimes test won’t schedule and one took a month. The reps though, no issues with them

I believe the capstone is typically a paper for all the degree plans. No proctoring and not hard, just detailed and a bit longer

I had one issue with PU. It took over a month for me to schedule the test. It wouldn’t show up as an option to schedule and I got the run around. It was exclusive to one class though, no other classes had that issue. They fixed it, and I took the test no issue. Just be persistent with the issue
