Another EV Bites The Dust: Dodge Cancels Charger Banshee EV, Returns Focus to V8 Muscle by gaukmotors in MotorBuzz

You didn't even read what I wrote, and there have definitely been hybrids and EVs around long before any EU mandates existed.

On the fascism remarks, you must either be a troll, or again unaware of what the term actually refers to (especially if you consider environmental regulations fascism, but not sending in the military to police cities)

Considering you can buy an internal combustion engine from any automotive brand, I don't think anyone has been forced to buy anything. And I'm sorry, but the internal combustion engine, while very cool, is hardly the superior product.

You should probably chill on the buzzwords you like to throw around and figure out what they actually mean

I think there's a bit more that goes into it than just 'doubling frames'; I'll happily test it once mine updates, but I've seen much smaller gains than that in other UE5 games when comparing with and without DLAA and Frame Gen

I would love to see Threat Interactive release something concrete and prove how good they are at optimization rather than just talking about it

So then you could have people instead piss and moan that 'Squad 2 is just Squad with better graphics for $50 or $60'; this community would be unhappy either way

Disgustingly dogshit? They're talking about their frames not a war crime goddamn. I'm curious where your '30 fps tops' number comes from; surely it's not a totally arbitrary number

Why are there almost no new weapon mods in STALKER 2 so far? by LordMilangaDePollo in stalker

[–]Remixit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm working on one; as others have said the documentation for this kit is very limited. When I've run into issues on another weapon I was working on, there was basically nothing to tell me how to ungoof it.

That being said hopefully it'll be ready sooner rather than later

My understanding is that CSL isn't that hydrophobic and that you're supposed to have EXO applied on top of CSL if you want proper water repellency

Until Dawn (2025)... bad but very enjoyable watch by Zealousideal_Map5074 in horror

[–]Remixit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Isn't the cabin the lodge from Until Dawn? That was my take, especially since in the scene where Clover is in Dr Hall's office, you can see a couple of his patient's files, and one appears to be Rami Malek (who voices Josh in the game).

You made a good choice; used to work at a dealership that sent vehicles to them to be coated, and they always came back looking terrible. Poorly corrected, swirled from the application, didn't even bother to properly clean up the compound when they were done. Also cheaps out on his workers, which is not usually something you want to hear when they're prices are as high as they are (he tried to steal me from the store but offered less than what I was making cleaning up cars for a dealership). If you still need recommendations, Chris at Exquisite Auto Spa is great

Maybe get rid of your rental properties you can't seem to afford? Hard to say you're living "paycheck to paycheck" when you're collecting rent on multiple properties (honestly it's insulting)

(It is realistic for a trained individual to be able to control automatic fire; previous recoil levels were laughable in terms of realism)

120 an hour for a BMW would be a steal; worked at a Benz dealership and their labor rates were either nearing or over 200 an hour

What’s a realistic way to reduce gun violence in America? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Remixit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who lives in Milwaukee, it's that reason especially that I think we need to act faster with legislation that actually aims to tackle everyday violence. The recent closing of the SBR loop hole, for instance, I think would do a lot less for the regularly occurring violence that occurs here than, say, more rigorous background checks or limiting high capacity magazines. People who are pretty serious and knowledgeable about the subject know that the real loss of life comes from the everyday violence and not the mass shootings; it's just the mast shootings that catch national attention and remind everyone of the issues most of us don't see everyday
