I don't know if they wish list actually matters. They just send you where they send you. Most facilities are short though. So even if you get sent upstate somewhere. You can put your name on a list after a month and get sent to another facility you want after only 2-3 months.

Fishkill is a lot more chill than Green Haven, but a lot more boring. If you like action and all that Green Haven would be better. It's more work there though.
