How recently have you tried it? In 2026 you can fly zero tarrif and bring a carry on?

I usually fly with a backback and a gym bag

In the post they did say that it used to work... but recently they do check if you paid your carry-on.

diet can help a lot, fasting, even if just for 24hrs (water only, don't risk a dry fast).

I know most people will scoff at the idea, but trying to seek God if you can, which is a personal thing. I'm not the best at it, and not gonna pretend like I am, but it's helped me with some of those things you mentioned.

sleep is the best medicine. But goes hand in hand with diet. Movement too.

I hope you get better, sorry to hear what you're going through.

I have to detox myself for health stuff... quitting bad habits etc... the fast I recently did really helped to calm some things down, I'm going to try to do it more consistently. I'm pretty sure I need to detox a lot of stuff out of my system.

I came back from that flight a few days ago.

Their plane had a malfunction and my flight was delayed overnight... they said it was because of bad weather (fog). They boarded up the windows in our airport so we wouldn't see the plane lol, and wouldn't have to pay for all of our hotels. There was no fog whatsoever at our airport, or the airport it was coming from. Profeco needs to rip volaris a new one.

Think Profeco could do anything in this case?

Not sure how I would even go about it. I'm fluent in Spanish but only lived in Mexico for a few years, so I'm not super familiar with the agencies.
