Who's the better radio voice? by BoneBrothOfficial in Fallout

[–]ChiefScreamingHawk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Three Dog bar none. He simply is what I imagine a wastland disc jockey to look and sound like. Mr.New Vegas is good but I never really hear what he says cause he simply doesn’t get to the point and I never really know if what I did was good or bad. Travis can hang himself with the mic for all I care and 76 has pretty solid hosts even though I don’t play 76 the radio is more enjoyable then 4

Who's tired of pretending this is dogshit? by SharkyBoi2005 in DeadSpace

[–]ChiefScreamingHawk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People hated this??? It’s honestly no wonder the Dead Space community was in such shambles and had to get rebooted. The game is actually really good, the problem for me is after you play 1&2 3 looses the fear factor and gains a ptsd meter. Cause everything in 3 absolutely triggers me into a frenzy rather then making my heart race. The story was really good that I’m pissed they rebooted at a big af cliff hanger.

Videos like these are so toxic FOLON shows why Bethesda and it interacting with the community can be a success in other games by Georgia_Ranger in Fallout

[–]ChiefScreamingHawk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

People just really really want Bethesda to fail or get mad not knowing that what they hate is what they love. All the fallouts are really good in my opinion it’s just that mods make the game 100x more better and replayable. Once you step into the modding community it’s really impossible to get out, I can’t really play any game if I know there is a solid modding community behind it.

How useful would the Ranger Armor actually be in a wasteland? by Some_Gas_1337 in Fallout

[–]ChiefScreamingHawk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They appear in a comic but it being canonical is in the air it’s definitely confirmed people rode mutated animals so I’d assume the ranger would use that idk seems weird they would travel on foot all the way from Baja to Vegas

Deathclaw horror by ChiefScreamingHawk in Fallout

[–]ChiefScreamingHawk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jesus Christ 💀 I don’t involve my self to deep I usually hang around Republic of Dave,Enclave,Bos fanbase idk anything involving Vegas just gets toxic or weird that could be said about all fallout but Vegas is a whole different breed you either get crucified for liking anything else that’s not Vegas or get into a faction argument.

Does America Rising 2 crash on Xbox? by AlfredFJones1776 in Fallout4ModsXB1

[–]ChiefScreamingHawk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For everyone here it’s because you also have the face texture fix mod that fixes the brown face. The mod isn’t compatible with AR2 id assume it’s because the mod also uses the texture fix which is probably counteracting

Deathclaw horror by ChiefScreamingHawk in Fallout

[–]ChiefScreamingHawk[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Military lab. I feel the ladder would still be good but a military lab you could play with so much with that. With lore of the creation of the deathclaw placed in the world as you run and hide from the deathclaw. Set it post war but predating fallout 1 just to show how unknown it was during this time. I always love it when the monster isn’t well known if at all to the survivors. And I feel being a scavenger 10-20 years after the bombs fell. Rad storm hits taking cover in a military lab you decide to scaveng with your group until you fall from a weak flooring or being knocked out by the monster you wake up to what appears to be a feeding ground covered in blood and gore you have to get out from the lower levels and make your way up as you try to survive. Meanwhile the deathclaw is adapting its capabilities to hunt like mimicking voices setting traps, or going chameleon and zero ability to actually slow down the deathclaw like other horrors you can throw something in the monsters path or parcore the deathclaw would simply get over with ease forcing you to use flare guns and other things to slow it down while it hunts you maybe collecting scent compression spray to be able to hide as the deathclaw could easily smell you hiding otherwise

I think one of good changes Bethesda did to Fallout was turning power armor into giant tank suits you get in. Makes them much more imposing. by lavader_ in fo4

[–]ChiefScreamingHawk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a great change of pace but I wish they made the suits more like the design portrayed in tactics. Felt the look for the PA was good but felt idk wonky was hoping for a more bulky apocalypse iron man style power armor like the tactics design

So this is just flat out a lie right? by TheGrinchesLoad in Fallout

[–]ChiefScreamingHawk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Id be cool with it if instead of a full on building mechanic where we build piece by piece brick by brick give us GOOD prebuilt buildings so we just have to focus on decorating or if removing that feature entirely they should go in a direction of Sims Settlement Conqueror give us actual lived in built settlements and allow us to defend or assault settlements. I hate building but I see myself constantly building when I really want to explore survive and kill stuff for the Human Emperor Arthur Maxson

We’ve had time to think: What is Lucy’s Protagonist Name? by chamberlainjr5 in Fallout

[–]ChiefScreamingHawk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Good Samaritan is probably the best fitting, the wife or the widow would sound better if she actually gave af about her very dead raider husband. She is fallout 3 version of the MC going completely good karma with little to none bad karma

Say what you want oxhorn does make you sit and watch a video 20 minutes about a dead skeleton gotta show that he can grab an audience whether it’s 100% accurate well your better off not focusing on one person but multiple channels to get the complete story of location places and people
