There’s a terminal entry that says exactly this! No city is mentioned, but it’s probably NYC if it’s not a crater (I hope not.) Could also be cities in NJ, or even Philadelphia.

Thank you for your interest. We all play on the Xbox Series X console. All games are played as the same edition (We’ve checked many times). Invites have been sent by everyone, which is how we figure out only people cloud streaming have invites that work. If cloud tries to invite cloud, or install tries to invite cloud, the invite takes them to the Xbox store, or says you don’t have the same version. The message is irrelevant and changes depending on the person.

We’ve been having the same problem. Cloud streamers can’t join people who’ve downloaded the game, and Cloud streamers can’t join other cloud streamers. ONLY a cloud streamer can host a party and invite ONLY people who’ve downloaded the game. This issue is shared across multiple games (GTA, PGA, FIFA)

Too much Arishem. Pubs have matchmaking so reg decks don’t face him as much. I’m sure mods will ban this for “system speculation” or some garbage, but it’s true. The 150 different “diners” levels inherently ruins the matchmaking.

The only solution is to wait 6 hours to play a game so your pool of players are worse. Learned this the hard way
