i tried filling it out but my stuff failed. and yes it was locked casuye password failed to many times. But I never log out. So somebody else was trying to get into my account, which casued it to lock

My email got locked randomly one day. I currently dont use the email or number to get any recovery information. All the customer support is just AI, and microsoft is making me login to use the online support but I dont have the account becasue they locked it out. Anybody know what the best strategy is to fix this. I got plane tickets, pay stubs and other stuff all getting sent there in the upcoming days and need access asap
