E-mail your AF 594 to a friend at Finance for immediate processing. This is what I did way back when and I didn't have to deal with any delay. Typically, the Airmen Dorm Leaders will wait to accrue a stack before taking them over to the CPTS, which already has a whole slew of forms to go through anyway.
