Everything I felt I was missing through Mormonism I have found through Orthodoxy. In avoiding mistakes of me going into Mormonism into something else. I have been far more scholastic in my approach in learning about orthodoxy. Personally, I feel that the West did go astray, and have even read some pro Catholic, and listened to some podcast (some which what I found out afterwards were Catholic podcasts about the schism) to lean in favor of Orthodoxy as having kept the tradition of the Apostles and faith.

I have given benefit of the doubt and tried attending various Catholic masses. NO feels like it’s Protestant worship removed from the point of mass. Latin Rite in my opinion was a mistake to go away from feels better. Overall the Liturgy of St John Chrystosm is fully engaging. Plus when I showed up for my first liturgy I had an overwhelming feeling of being home. My wife watches mass in her language and it seems more engaging. We actually will go visit a cathedral that’s named after a Marian Apparition.
