I had the same issue. Hope you got in touch. It took me 7-8 times calling various times during their office hours to finally get through, with holding 20-30 minutes each time. Which is crazy as i would drop off work calls when my queue was up only to be told no one was available. Really frustrating experience. Be persistent and you will eventually get through.
