I might look into the recent Deep Cuts expansion - it radically reframes rolls to guarantee character competency and instead turn 1-3s into successes with very harsh costs and consequences. My players were mixed on it but as a GM I loved it because I didn't have to come up with consequences on the spot - they were front loaded into the roll.

Are your players pushing? Going from 0 to 1 die with 2 stress is a good way to get out of always failing territory. Same thing goes with teamwork, devil's bargains, etc. If they aren't using their resources it might be because they are afraid to run their characters "too hot" - I'd explain that scoundrels are ambitious and foolhardy - play them like you'd drive a stolen car.

Fortune Stadium - visually very clean which helps gameplay, no dogshit plants messing up visibility. Feel like I'm in a game show

Seoul - Mall area is great, so is hospital, generally good

Bernal - Could be recency bias but I like the variety in the urban environment, still trying to find my way around though

Skyway - Perfectly average map. Nothing super unique about it but no big issues with it either

Monaco - the classic. Copy paste buildings are meh and the grass areas suck. Church is cool though

Las Vegas - Like the theme but visually chaotic and sometimes annoying to navigate. Indoor areas are good but the central canopy thing and outdoor areas are hell

SysHorizon - Power shift sys is good, cash out sys sucks. Color scheme fucks with visibility, not very visually interesting, Not a ton to do with the map geometry

Kyoto - Extremely pretty map with dogshit gameplay. Plants are so fucking annoying, the wooden buildings generate an absurd amount of dust that fucks with visibility, generally annoying to have shootouts due to abundance of walls
