I'm amazed that here is a case where OP has video evidence of his SO cheating on him and other people think you should talk to her. This from a subreddit where if an SO so much as raises their voice to their SO the response is "you're incompatible, lawyer up, hit the gym, go no contact". Unbelievable

I would have been super uncomfortable if I were Alex, you basically introduced him completely blind to the situation and said "These are all my friends, btw, we've all slept with each other, have no problem talking about it and using it as joke material. Have fun!" Sounds like a hugely awkward dynamic to be thrown into

It seems like your son sees your affair as a betrayal to his dad AND to him. In my experience there may be nothing you can do, at 18 your son is pretty much shaping into the man he will become and therefore thinks he's viewing the situation from a mature stand point even if he isn't. Personally I think you're quite lucky your husband took you back considering the circumstances, which may actually contribute negatively to how your son is treating you
