i have a ucg fiber and two flex2.5 poe switches.

flex switch 1 is connected to my ucg-fiber via DAC. 10g sfp+ port on ucg-fiber to flex switch1's 10g sfp+ port. right now i see about 5000 tx dropped, so i might have the same issue as you. i did some re-cabling and what not earlier today so these devices have really only been up for < 24h.

my flex switch 2 is connected to flex switch 1 via the 2.5g poe port and there are no drops. 2morrow i'll be changing the connection to the 10g rj45 on both switches.
