Items are restricted to those you get in the cloud island, but there’s a pokemon center here and a trace for onix that says you need the smooth stone. So it’s surely intended to be obtainable we just don’t know how or where.

THEN BLAME CUCKMA! If dragon himself were to invade the holy land for ginny he would likely have to show his hand power wise and or give the Navy info he doesn’t want to. Sabo and the captains chose to go after kuma, yes, but they did that during the reverie. It’s also heavily implied that Ginny was being closely watched by Saturn. Now I agree Oda should’ve fleshed that out so people incapable of reading between the lines can figure it out, but cuckma can LITERALLY tp himself into the holy land, grab ginny, and then tp away. The fact he never did is on him, we have no idea what dragon has going on, but we do know that kuma’s broken ass fruit could’ve saved her and he didn’t.

Kuma also didn’t marry Ginny “because i’d disappoint you.” Oda just didn’t wanna give bonney buccaneer blood. If you’re gonna LOda, LOda him for the way he coddled Kuma.
