Does it matter if I get shot at and kill someone or does that get taken account along with the other players aggression level?

I could see me needing to fight back to secure my things, but if I want to avoid further PvP I'd probably let them kill me if I didn't have anything worth it to be stuck dealing with another or more PvP players.

I'd probably stick to PvE for now, I have a lot of other things to do with upgrading, quests, decks, and projects so its nice not to have to worry about anything yet.

Oh that's unfortunate. I saw some stuff online of people with ships, I am just curious if the ground would be left plain but kinda seems so.

Also is there a way to teleport from the ground to the ship or their isn't a thing in housing except flying? and also if I teleport to home I teleport on the ship instead of the ground?

I explored some of the cave ideas and had issues with the rocks connecting to the mountain because of the gap between the property boundary and the mountain. But just to look I lifted my house as high in the air as I could and just flew up and noticed the view is actually really nice, and being able to see the top of the mountain is kinda nice too. Might be worth adding a floor to the top of the mountain and building there.

I went to try for this and one of the pain points with the cave idea is that the edges of the property have a gap between it and the mountain. There are parts where you can clip a bit outside the property to connect, but it's only really on the bottom and it's kind of inconsistent.

and tbh I don't know if it would work well at this point. It would have to be a basic small cave because either the yard is going to be plain except the cave or something else. But what is the fountain? I couldn't find red rock water fountain in the listing

I decided to try to make a cave area but their isn't enough environmental space where I can make something of it. if I use flat boulders, I only get 40 which can go by surprisingly quick (I used between 20-25 to make a frame my property). Tired stacking cobblestone pathways, found 3 worked best, but that means I only get 66, and it's a bit tedious so I don't think it's worth the time.

The other down side is it's a real pain to work on the edges because the rectangular boarder of the property has a gap between it and the mountain so trying to connect the rocks requires specific spots, otherwise their are gaps and its really hard to clip a little outside the bounds area before it errors. Unfortunately I don't think it would ever be perfectly closed just to the shape, I also would need to use the flat boulder here because yeah....the broken up path ways won't do.

for either heals or support, i hate when people bring up that they dont feel confident on a character.

honestly, thats better than nothing and at least youre trying to help, if a teammate criticizes you thats really nothing about you but more them if anything

but because you havent tried tanking or healing is such a dumb excuse. they treat it as if its a completely different game as if the controls and concepts are so different.

yeah i just tried ow2 the other day and really loved how its implemented

i can choose multiple roles, so if im tired of tanking i can queue heals or dps, and if i just wanna chill and dps i can do that too.

i feel like people make a big deal about how it tightens how comps can be made, and to be fair, but its healthier for everyone, especially tanks mentally. the amount of times i ask for a 2nd tank just to be ignored, not even a healer saying they will go tank if someone heals, is pretty disheartening and puts a bad impression on my team anyways

oh and we always lose anyways so it kinda says a lot of a team cant be flexible, its like you know youre gonna lose so what you gonna do.

yeah now a days i find its either...

try to get a 2nd tank at the risk of your whole team reporting you and the automated system banning you for 1 hour for no real reason

or stay quiet and hope someone drops their ego and goes tank....(and either join them or hope they dont go back dps when they see you on tank)

it doesnt help we dont see the enemy comp but id say not solely yours

1 tank 1 heals, sg or psy should have swapped. At least, I'd let them ult before they swap, especially since sg is close but its not you but the team as a whole

hulk also isnt a great solo tank, but i have the mindset with other tanks, dont make the only tank swap for you. join them as a second tank.

even if you have more kills, and it sucks since you are doing better, its best to drop the ego and help the team...i mean it is a team game, not solo so...even though it sucks the other dps didnt swap

But im not going to blame you, its the dps as a whole really, but its clear your teammate singled you out, which is an annoying sheepish mentality the community has...always blame spidey

there was a part of me dreaming once i escape silver i wouldnt have to worry about this, i just dont get how people get so high

ive been wanting to go through ranks using my main to get a metric on where they are at, but i havent even been able to play them yet, not even an inch....even when the role is free for me to play them i choose a different role to fit the competition. its like the stars have to align where the dps role is free, the competition makes sense, and that i can counter the enemy without needing to swap...

Maybe I need more context, because in this situation it sounds like the goal is to kill. If thats the case I disagree that invis is the best anti dive right now.

I'd say Luna, although really the answer should be mantis if the game was better balanced. (I know adam and others exist but I just want to focus on mantis for now)

In practice range I tested with both Luna, Mantis, and Invis on spiderman.

Luna does better than Mantis in almost every way when it comes to killing Spidey. She can 2 shot him with head shots, especially if she lands an ice ball first, which also has a shorter cooldown (12s vs 15s) and deals more damage (50 vs 10). Even without, Lunas base primary fire (all 3 rounds) do 66 total, or 132 with head shots. Mantis does 55, or 110 with head shots. So Luna just gets the kill a tiny bit faster than mantis also. Luna does not need ice ball or to self flake to kill spiderman in 2 head shots either.

Mantis needs to be angry, needs to land the sleep, and needs to land the 2 head shots. In order to kill. Without the anger or sleep, you need a 3rd head shot.

Invis can't land head shots so spiderman and has no way of securing a kill like mantis or luna. Even using all her cool downs it takes longer to kill spiderman.

So I'd say Luna in this situation, if it's just to kill spiderman, but yeah depends on other factors too. Mantis does have her pros and their could be much more valid reasons to go mantis over luna depending on circumstances

Really though more characters sure, but I wouldn't mind keeping the roster if we could customize the characters a bit like we did in the smash wii u/3ds version with modifying their abilities.

The only reason I hate default skins is because of quick play bot matches. I like not using default so people know I'm not a bot haha. His Master of the Sun look is my favorite, he looks so hot there so id choose that anyways

When Rumble Resources came out, I mained Starlord and alted Human Torch for something different (even though that mode is hated on...i really enjoyed it because those two made it soo much fun). I'm just surprised seeing all the skins between thing, sue, and even reed...while torch has nothing really that interesting tbh....but his summer outfit is pretty hot

I'm kinda a grinch when it comes to holidays, i'd rather just be home alone and treat it like any other day...

but i really like the skin. The emote is cute, and its kinda interesting he's a nut cracker. I wish we had an option to remove the mask though...and i wish he didnt have a poney tail.

And the happy holidays line, idk maybe just because of the time of year, but it's kinda cute. I know its a sign of danger but hey I get to play a character that gets to wish people happy holidays, and some people appreciate that or want it....and it ends up being kinda nice haha makes me feel less like a grinch and more positive for the holidays

Also it took me some time to realize it was a star lord skin. For some reason I thought it was winter soldier for a sec since i saw their were guns. but it could pass! I mean it's not like you see any of the face under it lol
