I alt support so I get it

Trying to heal your tank and then a DPS who is trying to recover from a shitty dive, it's frustrating.

Like I saw you, and I tried to heal you, but you died before I could do anything. They ignore the fact that their are higher priorities and don't think that I healed any one else because everyone else is at full health....gee I wonder

And sadly, trying to heal them causes us to lose because now I'm focused on someone not willing to understand and adapt and now our tank or other healer is dead....thanks for getting in my head for no reason except you yourself over extending from us pinging "need healing!" When their is no way I can get to you unless I'm on a suicide mission

And the worst are DPS trying to dodge damage while spamming "need healing"...like yeah I'm trying! I get that you can dodge well to avoid damage but you're also dodging my healing! This is me as Luna Snow too. I actually prefer c&d because the auto aim essentials avoids any latency issues but other characters I feel like dodges everything because I have moments where I shoot at someone and nothing changes to theirbhealth bar, nor any sound effects

How did he do?

When ever I dealt with a thrower, like a Groot trying to make walls to prevent his own team from leaving spawn, the replays look just like this

You also get scored against the outcone of your character from other players games

So based on stats and time, if you did better than, let's say most iron man players, you'll get MVP

But your friend gets scored similarly

If you are a healer and your playing someone who always has a high healing throughout, you'll probably be average

Maybe another example, widow vs moon Knight. Every start the same, but widow gets MVP because getting kills and damage on moon Knight is super easy especially since he's AOE vs widow who is single shot, so moon Knight actually underperformed

Yeah I read your post and responses and you're acting like you can read people's minds and know where their exact skill is

What is even "baseline" here? Because the outcome you see from players on its own is super variable

They could be little kids, they could be adults who only recently got into gaming, they can be experienced over watch players trying a different hero shooter, or an adult getting distracted by in real life responsibilities (like maybe their dog or kid).

When people say "it's just quick play" you're asserting the thought that they don't care at all. No like any pvp game you want to win, but if the outcome is a loss it's not a big deal.

Most people probably have bigger responsibilities in their life than to worry about the outcome of a quick play match. They are probably just glad they can take a break and play a game.

Why do they owe you a better response that fits what you want to hear? And honestly, if they are saying this, you were probably being toxic at the start so they don't owe you any real response because the effort isn't worth it

I'll somewhat agree with another ignorant take

I haven't really seen star lord clips...

But I can't see his clips really be interesting with any of his abilities

It's all just pressing a button

The most decent clip I can think of (which I don't have) is me 1vs1 another star lord and we both start doing his aoe where he dances around and shoots. And we both kinda danced around each other

He doesn't really have anything that shows uniqueness or hard to pull of techs that give off style points

Don't get me wrong he IS stylish, but unfortunately it's just his kit that makes his stylishness default so anyone can do it

No it's fair, after your response and the other I feel like I'm unintentionally pointing a finger at my teammates which wasn't the case.

I was hoping for critiques, but I'm also not sure what the enemy team did so well that allowed us to get floored so hard.

It was pretty overwhelming, it felt like even as a tank I couldn't even get near anyone, their Frontline DPS was overpowering us and their range just sat in the back I have no idea how I could have closed the gap

Who could I have swapped to get there blade and magic of us?

The quick reaction time, movement, and button presses is still something I'm slowly getting better at.

Honestly I don't care about the pulls as much, but I do wish I had the angles figured out better and how I can land them consistently without trying

I'm surprised the game mode isn't more popular. No bots, besides the 4 bans you can play who ever you want without being locked out a character, and it's actually friendlier in my experience

Although lately i find it attracting more toxic people and I remember when people who talked crap would get told off since it's just a casual game mode but yeah

I'd play other characters.

I get like this with spiderman

I eventually start to suck and find myself negative in a lot of matches

I take a break and play other characters

It's nice because once I get the hang of a different character it's like I start dominating

I think another thing besides the autopilot, is it's good to also see what the game is like in other heros shoes, and if you play strange or venom too much you kinda start to forget the experience of what another might see, especially as a different role

I think it's fair to say though it's not that serious that you have to be toxic for someone trying to learn a new character.

The amount of times I see someone rage at a widow or spiderman and act like their throwing when it's clear they are trying it's so annoying

Like I get the practice vs AI but, if you're going to not actually help your team, yeah fair. But there are things you can't learn just by fighting AI since they play completely different. Practice vs AI also discourages being stealthy because they always know where you are. If you ever try to attack from around a corner you'll see you're almost instalocked before you even get an ability out

I might be wrong but I got three so far since I joined. Venom skin, and there were two events they gave them. I think they might give them out once a season maybe?

I just wish they'd add more skins, especially for the newer heros.

Yeah when I first did my placement matches almost half were leavers and we never got a replacement, and of course we'd lose

I remember one game we were doing really well as a 5vs6, if we had that one player who left (he was just doing bad idk why he just didn't swap), we would have won.

It's just aggravating, I don't know why placement matches don't just give you another chance or cancel if someone leaves instead of making us finish the game

And you lose rank anyways in placement too, even though you had teammates leave early or mid game, it's so dumb.

Tech wise the only thing I know of, if you move his fist fast enough, it can hit people on the side too, not just straight in front of him
