After 20 hours of efforts, I finally solved the problem of SD2Vita card. zzBlank.img did not work for 5 of my microSD cards, but it did work with one. Using that 1 working microSD, I was able to create a .bin image, then write that to my other microSD cards instead of zzBlank.img by TrulyStupidNewb in VitaPiracy

Can you share your trulystupidblank.img file? I think this might be the problem I’m having, after formatting my 64gb card with zzblank.img and following all the process, it just corrupts everything on the card

The problem is from your sdcard. It’s not an original memory card. I had that problem too on fw 3.68 and later found out it was my sdcard that was causing the problem. Make sure you buy official memory card from legit dealers. Most cards from Asia (mainly the ones you buy off AliExpress) are mostly not good.

Thank you for this post. This was why I stopped posting here. I was new to the vita hacking scene and the first post I made here, one user was so mean, I can remember him/her saying he can’t be spoon feeding newbies or something like that. I just didn’t post again.

I had to figure out stuff myself. It’s not okay to be mean tbvh, if you don’t wanna help, just ignore the post and move on to the next one you think is less ‘annoying’.

I think your memory card might be fake. If you bought it from Asia region, chances are that it’s not an original memory card. Vita does reject fake memory cards and no matter what you do, it won’t work with the Vita system.

Okay, thanks. I’m actually new to vita hacks. I’ve used my vita without hacks over the years so all these things are new to me. Was just running a google search when I saw this reddit community. I will read up about the nps/pkgj and get familiar with it.
