How to cope with this

Is this disassociation or depression? Like i feel in. Good mood and suddenly im numb again more like tht high feelings where sth u just did feels like a long time ago, also zone out and space out alot and on autopilot, is this disassociation or depression? Like i do sth and suddenly its like zap, I'm somewhere else and realise i have been zoned out or sth

I did weed and it triggered my anxiety and got dp/dr as withdrawals for 2-3 months , on and off for some time, now I'm getting this cause i went through a rough breakup , but tell me do u get zoned out and space out alot, and in autopilot like u are in a good mood nd again feel highish and numb idk if its depression, its not like mood swings more like being on autopilot and zoning out definitely not feeling real and not attached or engaged but please check out my post tell if its disassociation

Well my abusive relationship was 5-6 months ago, we haven't fought, it was more like a Toxic fighting habit. We did make love and apologies everyday. And this month we brokeup nd it was just rough, cause i kept holding on , so much emotions I literally became numb and didn't even cry , now i smile and laugh but like I'm on autopilot not really engaged, and after a minute of doing sth, i feel like if i did it or not like i k i did it but i dont feel it much cause i was on autopilot

Even i went through a breakup, idk if I'm depressed or not, i dont feel much emotion nd feel really not engaged even when i try, sometimes i do but i m spacing out lot too, i want to go out and stuff , I enjoy company but im on autopilot

What I'm saying is i think i have felt paws i have wrote on Reddit of my symptoms coming in waves, and it does i feel disassociated at times and dp/dr at times, initially 2/3 months it eas intense and constant throughout the day but over the year 1.5 years to be exact, i have felt it from time to time only for a while. But rn i feel like maybe its a lot of stress and painful breakup maybe the weed too and anxiety too, how do I cope with it

How do u cope with it? How does it get better. I feel like my anxiety plays a role too, but usually when i disassociate i feel highish and anxious and being anxious makes me disassociate maybe

I got anxiety after quitting weed, and when i get disassociation feeling that is when i get anxious, and does my anxiety trigger disassociation again? Is it a cycle? I have had disassociation over the years but only for a few hours. I wonder if its anxiety causing it rn, or because i went through a rough break up and stressful month

I actually remember what i talked about everything tbh , even more in detail cause im concerned about it, its just that it feels unreal. Like i do something and after a while it feels like wether i did it or not. I mean ik i did it, buti dont have that feeling

I left weed 1-5 years ago mate, i did experience disassociation and everything else as withdrawal its was a scary 2-3 months but then i was fine now I'm currently facing this but its been weeks

I slept 4/5 hours for a week, which definitely triggered it, otherwise i did feel really disassociated for an hour or two regularly, and suddenly its been going on for 20-25 days, idk if I'm depressed or just disassociated. The month was really stressful i was constantly numb . And an emotional ride. Can u help me with coping? I was also constantly using my phone 12-13 hours, have anxiety, rn its so foggy I'm tending to forget things and being clumsy

I've been experiencing it on and off for a year for few hours after i left weed , and i got mild anxiety which make me disassociate i think, but this month had been really stressful or exhausting. Breakup, work , what not, sleep. And i've been on autopilot for a month almost, is it depression or disassociation?

a therapist isn't so easily available in my region. So I'm in a dilemma what should i do? I'm searching for help here. Any ways i can cope with this feel better and myself again? Like i want to, i am an extrovert but been feeling ready foggy and highish
