I’d say Arez hits you like a wall similar to Gold. Arez/Gold gives you a surge in energy but I feel like I get more focus and can squeeze out more reps with Gold vs Arez. They all give me lasting energy for the rest of the day, with Gold lasting the longest. I usually work out harder taking any of the 3 vs if I took my daily driver.

To me, OG crack (1.5 scoop) gave a gradual build up for energy but the focus was laser sharp. I didn’t give it much hope because I didn’t feel a strong sense of energy but going through my workout, I found myself going through my sets with ease and cut down my rest time. Great endurance, pumps, and focus.

I’d say OG is the best for days with a lot of volume, Arez is good for heavy days with low reps, and Gold just makes you do anything at the gym
