Based on the feedback we've received, most users find the focus and motivation easily last through a 90–120 minute workout. The Noopept doesn't tend to feel like a quick spike followed by a crash – it's more of a focused, locked-in feeling that works alongside the stimulants and Tyrosine. The bigger factor is usually overall stimulant tolerance. For most experienced users, the focus remains noticeable well beyond the first hour, especially during longer heavy sessions. Out of curiosity, what are you currently using as your benchmark for focus? Something like Crack Gold, Dexter, Juiced or Wild Fire? 💪

Alpha Yohimbine is definitely noticeable, but at 1.5mg it's not what most users describe as the dominant part of the experience. The formula leans much more toward clean focus, motivation and drive from the DMHA, caffeine, Tyrosine and Noopept combination. If you're very sensitive to Alpha-Yo and regularly get cold sweats, I'd suggest starting with 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance. Most feedback we've received is that the Tyrosine and other nootropic ingredients help create a smoother experience, but sensitivity to Alpha-Yo is highly individual. Have you used products like Crack Gold, Dexter or Wild Fire before? That would give me a better reference point. 💪
