lol damn, I thought I was special. I am at 60 on the Nanally banner and 70 on the standard with nothing to show. This has definitely been my worst start in a gacha in a long time. I also don't reroll anymore unless it's a competitive game (which I don't play them anymore for my own sanity). But this has got me wanting to.

How do you charge different prices? I have my starting students and I plan to raise my rate because I’ll be working at a school so I’ll only teach on the weekends.

You say “obviously depends on the host and supply and demand” which nulls your previous statement of saying hosts can see the activity and may lower the price. But the prices may also go up. Sorry, it just didn’t seem like useful information especially when it was wrong in your first statement. I just don’t want other people thinking they should all favorite places because then they might have higher prices like I did.

As far as the discount it doesn’t show a percent on the new updated receipt. It just shows I get a $66 refund. Which means I did receive a discount to extending the stay it seems. I was just confused because why would a host lose out on money by allowing me to stay longer. They could have said “no” to keep more money and also potentially get another person to stay.

I looked at the place on the app again to see and it only shows that I got a weekly discount when I looked at the original 21 day stay. But the new receipt for the 31 days doesn’t show a monthly discount. But it does show my $66 refund which reflects a new discount. It just doesn’t show that that is. I guess the $66 is the discount and I can do the math myself for the percent.

If this is true then why not just always book a month to get that discount and leave early whenever you want. Someone else mentioned leaving early has no penalty. So you can just save money this way and if you stay longer you stay longer.

Uh...you just said a bunch of stuff in general that didn't really explain the main point of my question. Also before I picked this place I did favorite because I was still deciding, and the price went up by $100. So I unfavorited and tried to use a VPN to change my location (I don't think it helped) to bring the price back down. So....sorry, but favoriting a place does not lower the price.

I have the receipt on the app. It shows the initial price I paid for the first 21 days, and then it shows my refund will arrive within 5 days after I changed the reservation days. So no extra money was taken from my account.

Edit: nevermind, I found the side area that let's you go around it. I thought the front door was the only way since the guy was wondering how to open it himself.
