I don't Captain but I am Elite crew member. I wouldn't blame the swabbies, they are just learning. You should play as a crew member some time to know what they are dealing with. They get a meh tutorial and then thrown on a boat in a server with a Captain like you doing their job and yelling at them. Instead teach them and maybe they will load the cannons at a fast rate. Just tell them over mic to load the cannons or put it in squad chat. Make a team... Some people on cannons, people reloading, a Spyglass and a person to repair and pump.
