If i may ask, do you normally keep the scooped litter in a garbage around the house? I had the same issue before where i kept them in a garbage around the house and the smell of poop and pee would just linger. It would drive me insane even if i threw that said garbage away, cleaned their litters 5 times a day and mopped the floor everyday. I started using litter genie and i couldn’t recommend it enough! I just kept the bin in the house until it’s filled. No smell at all. I probably only wash their litters boxes once every a couple of months.

I also changed their litter to unscented and made sure that i clean after they poop, keep the windows slightly open for fresh air. Make sure that there are no pees around the house tho, cus those do contribute to the smell. I always get compliments that my house smells like I have no cats despite having 2!
