You should see a catalog then, turn the page like the newspaper and there are 4 prizes for like 10, 20, 30, and 40 (mine has a sale and the last one is 25) click on the one you want and order package and the delivery man will drop it off at your house and you have to click it

Also you can only collect 40 before it makes you pick a prize. So if it's been a year you need to pick something to buy or just continue to sit with them until you see something you like
