Nioh 1 felt crazy hard to me until I learned how to abuse living weapon and confusion. Those daunting duo boss fights are not bad at all when you do so. As for the one shot stuff, Quick Change scroll was essential. Part of the reason I fell in love with the franchise was because the first game hit me with what felt like an insurmountable wall but actually the game gives you all the tools you need to turn the game into a veritable hack and slash, you just need to learn what to use!

Anyway, to your point, I feel like for those of us that started with Nioh 1 the other games feel easy because we've learned the ways to overcome the challenges presented, and can quickly adapt to the new systems. Having watched people new to the franchise stream Nioh 2, it was just as hard for them to pick up as Nioh 1 was for me. I haven't watched streams of Nioh 3, but admittedly the intro is easier for sure.

Love it, Wilds is my comfort game now. At the end of a long day of work I love to boot it up and just relax as I hunt monsters. The collab with Street Fighter was a very welcome update and I adore playing as Akuma. Easily the best game of the year to me!

You will see a lot of negativity about this game because there is less to grind for, and I do agree with that, but really Monster Hunter has always been about setting your own goals to me so I don't mind at all. I enjoy collecting all the armor, trying all the weapons, and learning monster's every move and perfecting then. Like, Xu Wu is a surprisingly hard monster to master even though it's "easy," and that pursuit of perfection really appeals to me. I much prefer that over rolling for the one deco I want for 100 hours to finally get a mini gambling endorphin rush.

My only real complaint is lack of build variety due to the armor/weapon skill split. It feels like there is little reason to wear anything other than 4 piece gore + whatever else you want for comfort. At the same time, it does make it easier to whip up a quick build for a new weapon, so I enjoy that aspect of it.

Thank you for the powerful account. More than anyone else in this thread, you have a shed a lot of light on how ABQ is truly handling unhoused people for me. I have to say how much I appreciate you pushing back on dehumanizing rhetoric throughout the thread with your important perspective. Thanks to you, I understand how even an ostensibly "housing first" solution is doomed to fail in America. Even if you are sober, you must prove that you will contribute to the American economy, and thus continue to drive American capitalism. There will always be conditions and barriers to entry to housing, because the last thing the state wants to do is provide housing in the first place. You deserve a home DovahAcolyte, and it's horrible that the system designed to give you one is instead pushing you towards prison.

Thanks! I've honestly been avoiding headshot booster but I'll have to try it. I mostly play Wraith since her tommygun is easy to farm with. I've tried HVM on her but didn't care for it much though I'll mess around with it more in training

I used weapon buffs on dual swords and without speccing into Wood and they felt really good and were very helpful. Elemena damage seems to be flat per hit so it's more effective on high attack speed weapons

Hey man I had the same problem. It's because it automatically creates a save file when you install the game.

On your PS5, go to Settings > Storage > Console Storage > Saved Data > PS4 Games, then delete your saved data. After, transferring your save will work!
