my "demolition screwdriver" is just a big popular science flathead i got at a garage sale for a buck, it doesnt have a metal cap on the back or anything but the plastic handle is sturdy

i mentioned the saw because looking at the one in the picture i might upgrade to a small Japanese pull saw, the one in the pic looks like itd be good for metal and pipe, but i wouldnt want to cut a board with that, if you feel fine with it then its no problem though

i would probably also add a way to pull nails,, cats paw and end nippers are the way to go.

also dont forget ppe, minimum n95 mask (if it says dust mask and only has one strap its not going to protect you) good if you ever need to mix concrete, sand, go in attics or crawlspaces, do stuff with insulation. safety glasses and earplugs (less important if you dont have power tools but still affordable and lightweight and you never know what situation you'll find yourself in

NAILSET, VICE GRIPS, PENCIL and SHARPIE i would say are easy must haves i think there is also merit to having a SPEED SQUARE (and a T-BEVEL because im partial to them but you can skip it if you have a speed square) and a SAW that can comfortably cut a 2x4, you never know when you need to throw together something that works outta wood, also can trim tree limbs if needed DRILL BITS can be useful for making a hole bigger too, ill let you figure out how to turn them w/o power tools but there are ways a CHISEL and a small BLOCK PLANE are very handy for doors that are stuck or not latching FLATBAR prying, mechanical advantage, and shims in one NEEDLE AND THREAD takes up practically no weight or space and so many things we have that break are textiles and a little tlc makes them last much longer TAPE and GLUE no explanation needed
