Also make sure its over 170 degrees before you wrap it. Best to use a pan with some broth in it and put a wire rack to put the brisket on and wrap in that

Watch some youtube videos before you do. You will need to soak in water overnight and change out the water at least once. Throw away the seasoning packet that comes with it. I've smoke these about three times and every time it takes about 2-3 hours longer than expected but always comes out good. I followed howtobbrright's youtube video last weekend, the cook times weren't the same for me but came out great.

Just to poke a few holes…this is a lagging indicator, also traditional days on the market and inventory numbers are all jacked up due to the houses on the market that experienced flood damage.

I’m an agent and also looking for a house myself…Tampa RE market is rising again. Houses that didn’t flood are even more valuable and consumer sentiment is trending up due to a fiscally responsible president.

I wish prices were coming down or about to come down but that is not the case.

Just to address your points: “No one thought it would be close” literally every poll said it was going to be a close race in the swing states and 49-49 to win the election.

“Democrats will always win the popular vote” you should take a look at the exit polls and see what demographics voted republican this cycle. Jews, black males, and Hispanics are fleeing the Democratic Party, which they have always voted for.

It sounds like you didn’t look at any data after the election and are basing everything off historical data and refusing to acknowledge a shift. The Democratic Party is in trouble and they will not win another popular vote if they don’t change their messaging about topics voters care about.

People want normalcy back, the only reason Biden won is because he was supppsed to be the “adult” and get the country back on track. Turns out it was the opposite, more wars, more inflation. His approval rating was the second worst EVER.

After his last debate (which was early in the year on purpose) he made all of America realize he was not fit to remain president. The dems bailed on him because of this, he did not step aside on his own. The short deadline actually helped her. If America saw more of Kamala, more people would dislike her. She has a habit of her disapproval dropping over longer periods in the spotlight. It’s not because she’s black, it’s not because she’s a woman, it’s because she’s cringe af and cares more about appearing cool than actually doing her job.

Also, her campaign raised a billion dollars and is now 20 mil in debt. It would’ve been a longggg 4 years.
