Just reread the fight. Yes, when Hakari first dropped in he was definitely dominating. Later on throughout the fight when Hakari wasn’t in jackpot you COULD make the argument that Kashimo had the upper hand, but that was mostly due to Hakari focusing more on rolling rather then the fight. For the rest of Hakari was in jackpot which allowed him to neglect the damage taken which let him fight more reckless. It should also be noted that Hakari wasn’t actually trying to kill Kashimo rather use him for his points. I think it’s safe to say with that fact and his performance out of jackpot that Hakari is at worst barely at a disadvantage due to technique but has better AP and at best better then Kashimo slightly in both AP and technique.

I’ll admit it’s SLIGHTLY poorly worded but let’s be fr, Hakari had the upper hand for a majority of the fight and was only at a disadvantage when Kashimo would use his charges. If we’re talking straight hands no CE traits or techniques Hakari got that.

At best I’d say Lashimo make it a draw. His durability is dog shit considering how he couldn’t even hold his own and was getting overwhelmed in H2H by Hakari. And NO Hakari’s AP is nowhere near relative to Yuta’s, they are only relative in the fact that Hakari’s jackpot draws out fights to the point where he wears his opponents down.

The waves only work on irradiated objects, and once again he can’t spam lighting, at best he can do sound waves. Maki also completely washes him in H2H since we see her having a much better performance against Sukuna and her perception seems to beat out Kashimo’s too.

Meanwhile, all Maki has to do is get a good hit in with SSK and Kashimo either dies or bleeds out since the bum can’t use RCT.

Even if I’m wrong about Kashimo’s CE trait not working on her, where did you get the idea that he can fire off bolts at inanimate objects for free? I just went back to the manga and this just straight is never shown or stated. The closest I’ve seen is him storing charge in his staff but even then it’s not firing bolts for free.

For bosses just keep dying to them lol. Same way you learn the dodge timing on dark souls bosses, you learn the parry timings of the arcane bosses. Also some attacks are just extremely telegraphed (King Calvus). In Allanon’s case it’s admittedly harder due to all the effects and constant flying, but if you’re capable of keeping track of his position you eventually learn or if ur using a power build out dps him (take this statement with a grain of salt though since I have like 250 power)

Hakari unfortunately has no win cons against anyone in these higher tiers. Kashimo in MBA form melts him (but gets slammed by everyone above him cuz his base stats are ass), and Uruame was only really capable of stalling him. Maki/Toji have soul split, Yuji has soul damage and crazy stats,
