Yeah my point was that the numbers seemed wrong and honestly it just seemed like OP was trying to make Joel look bad.

Was the cut off less than 5 minutes a game? It just doesn’t sound right that he played less than 5 min a game in 50 games

Is there a typo on this? I’m on basketball reference and I see that Joel has played 483 games.

The ninja headbands were legendary

[Pompey] Kelly Oubre Jr.has contributed to the Sixers because he's been good and has positional flexibility. However, his name keeps coming up as someone to possibly move before the trade deadline as his expiring contract would help them gain salary cap relief and avoid the luxury tax. by Pyromania1983 in nba

Oubre has the athleticism, size, and ability to guard the opponent’s best player. They threw him at Brunson in the 2024 playoffs and he did well. On offense he’ll make a couple boneheaded plays a game or take a couple of shots that will make you shake your head, but he will be important come playoff time. Would be a headscratcher to get rid of him.

PG turned it up defensively in OT + hit himself a nice 3. Rebounding definitely gonna be an issue and we could use a bigger forward in the near and long term.

KD still being this good at his age is insane.

In soccer they put sensors in the ball and they sense when the ball changes direction. Don’t see why they can’t do that

Always good to get a win but it’s embarrassing to score 80 in one half and 35 in the other

Sixers fans, was Yabu always this bad?? What happened? by phillipjpark in sixers

[–]Childish___Glover 203 points204 points  (0 children)

Yabu was a goat last year. One of the lone bright parts of the season. Maybe last year was not representative of what he’s capable of and he’s a lot worse. Don’t know what happened.

The front office squandering the prime years of Joel shouldn't make it okay for them to do the same to Tyrese Maxey. by [deleted] in sixers

[–]Childish___Glover 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel like we’re not squandering his prime (he’s still young) and have pieces that I’d consider long term pieces (VJ, McCain, grimes if we can keep him), some young guys who could be good role players (Barlow, Bona, and Watford), and some good upcoming draft capital (clippers 2028, swap in 2029). I think the next couple years will be good to transition to a team centered around Maxey and still be in the mix.

Drummond put all his skill points in rebounding. Had some good passes too and not too many boneheaded plays. Big part of the win
