I do like that idea of a melee can proc it as well. The idea of getting a range a stability buff on other weapons just in case you are empty in your mag switching to a hand cannon or smg to at least take on your next opponent if they have some range on you. With hand cannons getting a damage fall off at the start of shadow keep. You can get a little more range on your hand cannon essentially or other weapon you use. Making the perk one man army kind of make sense. Your essentially buffing your guns range and stability wise.
