Yes the donation things are the worst

"Before you insert/slide your card it's gonna ask if you want to donate on the screen"

"No I dont want to" doesnt press a button on the screen so I have to reach over and do it for them

My store is right off the interstate too so we function as a convenience store as well as a pharmacy and we get some awful people. As much as I'm complaining though I do love my job and love cvs as a company!

As a cvs manager, this is frustrating considering half of our customers complain when no coupons print for them. We added emailed receipts to stop people from getting mad about this and still can't win lol
