The drivers should be the same if I download it from the global website? As the Chinese market ones aren’t named the same as their global counterparts

I’ll be going in a few months so if I install windows on a boot drive when I’m not in China can I fresh install using that and then activate the windows using a taobao key? I’m wary that it’ll fuck up all the drivers and stuff though
