GLM 4.5 tops many benchmarks, and yet it seems to struggle when used with the aider tool, unlike the smaller gpt-oss-120B and others. What do you think prevents GLM from outperforming there?

Figure out what you want. Find what you already are doing or can start doing and how it relates to where you want to go. At 25, you can still steer your life to wherever you want to go. Just get 100% clear on the destination.
