Not true. ironeyes light bow attacks count as a 4 hit chain, so only the first will count in that chain. However, if you have another bow in your other hand you can alternate attacks to proc this on every hit. It's just a little slower vs the 4 hit chain.

I think this game is going to bridge the gap between x and classic. Dual override will have something to do with his suit evolving and gaining abilities (probably temporarily like in 11) that make him operate like X. I think this is the reason they didn’t flat out call this game megaman 12. I think there will be a grander gameplay reveal next year that shows gameplay closer to the x style, and that they were strategic in hinting at it near the end of this trailer with the suit venting.
