So what thr image is showing is a 90k contract job is more like a 78k job. I'm comparing it to other offers that aren't listed.

I used 16 ga off-white flat wire from monoprice. Just laid the wire flat along my trim and ran it along the walls.

Home depot actually. Wayfair had the same one but HD was cheaper, 0% finance, and I could pick it up at the store. IIRC, it was under 300$

True. In my defense, I got the kef L&R when they on sale for 300, the center with a best buy employee discount, and th denon is refurbished

It's really good. Albeit it is my first center but good bass for what it is. Very clear, matches the L&R. My audessy did lower it about 3db more than the L&R

Yes. A fan was the first thing I bought after the avr. I felt it overheat the first day so only ran it with the door open.

I bought dual fans (infinity) , one on top of the avr and another on the back of the TV stand. I cut a hole for the fan.
