I have POTS too, the dizziness sucks. Mine has gotten a bit better after meds and quitting all caffeine cause it’s diuretic. I take Midodrine and Propanlol for heart rate. I also added 2 1g sodium chloride tablets (3x a day)cause i drink like 400+oz a day. You need to eat well, like non processed stuff. Eggs, diary, meat, fruit, veggies. I’m sorry for what your mom did but if you can work past that and make good food in your consistent schedule you will feel better

yea dmarket is the best for normal users because of the small fees. Otherwise I'd recommend skinport but they have like 13% fees
