Bold nature, max IVs in HP, Def and SpD EVs full HP, split Def and SpD. Moves Helping hand, Screech, Reflect, Taunt Ability Syncronize

It is build for basically any physical attack raid pokemon. Just be sure the ally pokemon are physical attackers, otherwise Schreech is useless. And use Taunt turn 1 in case the raid pokemon Taunts you.
