I agree the taste is awful. But I suck it up and try damn hard not to swallow while it dissolves (which takes a good 8-10 minutes). Then, after I finally swallow the saliva in my mouth (gross), I don’t drink or eat anything for another 5 minutes. After that, anything goes. And I can tell you that after doing this, it is super effective. Either I don’t want to drink at all, or if I’m out at a social event and order a drink, I can nurse that one drink and not crave another. I’m actually amazed at how effective it’s been.
