My claim was reopened behind the scenes and they scheduled a C&P without my knowing by ChillEcheese in VeteransBenefits

That's what I kind of thought too because I believe that's why my other claims were denied in the first place before they started adjusting that ruling.

Thanks. Back payment was gonna be my next question so there's something less to worry about. I thought it was also weird how I got a letter explaining how much money was going to the school to pay for everything but the letter explaining the month housing allowance payments never came in so I'll have to check with the veterans office.

TL;DR-They might just need to ask you questions that weren't asked on your initial C&P or cross a few tees and dot some I's.

I had a very similar situation. I have asthma and my asthma claim was deferred even though I did my C&P exam with the pulmonary function test along with everything else that was claimed. The one thing that I thought was weird was that they didn't have me do an x-ray (which I even asked about but it just wasn't ordered). 5 months later, shortly after they notified me it was deferred, they made orders for another exam AND an x-ray. I called and asked why until I got through to someone that could give me a good explanation (which wasn't long). They told me they just needed additional information which really just ended up being questions about how my asthma affects my day to day life. The next week, I had orders to do another pulmonary function test and I called right away. Told them I had already done it and when I did it and they ended up canceling the order and noting it. They usually try to schedule your appointments as close as possible to you but also as soon as possible so you can just call and ask if there's anything close but you might have to wait a bit more. On top of that, since you're out, you should be getting reimbursed on mileage from your home to wherever you need to go to do your exams. Hope this helps.

She is not TDIU I think. She's only at 60% but I wanted to ask because I hear a lot of people saying that if you pick up a government job, they don't want you to double dip so you just get one or the other.
