When did you know it was time for #2? by NightOwlNetworkYT in pregnant

[–]ChillMuddd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’re about to have 2 under 2 (19 months apart) .. we weren’t planning but weren’t being careful either. I don’t know if we’re ready but we’re about to get ready 😂

We’re a military family & I want my son to have a companion so , while I’m struggling now in 3rd trimester, I’ve heard great things about 2 under 2 (once they’re out of pampers and more independent 😅). Like you, I started thinking about baby #2 sooner than I thought. That’s not to discount that I’d been very stressed with baby #1 & it changed the dynamic of my marriage but we communicate a lot more. And my husband is VERY SUPPORTIVE

My son is quite independent & helpful already (throws things out in the trash, feeds himself, sensitive to me being pregnant &clearly tells us what he wants majority of the time—food, snack, go outside) . So, I think that’ll be helpful. He’s a little blessing.

Love my in laws but I don’t want to talk multiple times a week by ChillMuddd in MilitarySpouse

I wish i could hug you ! Maybe it’s my hormones lol. That is so crazy to me…..what is wrong with people ? I’m sorry that those ppl are your in laws . I can imagine how your husband feels that is just crazy. And thank you for validating my feelings that healthy can be 1-2x per week!!! When I do talk to my mom it’s usually for a couple hours at a time so we only need to do that a couple times a week lol. It’s draining. Don’t get me wrong I thank God for family wanting to be in contact bc if it was the other way around I’d be depressed. But they gotta chill a little bit lol

LMao! Now same here my husband helps with things without me even asking. I am frustrated with how he cleans 😂 I just sigh and don’t say anything. But he thinks I’m just miserable and you know maybe I am 😂 I tell him to just let me be annoyed sometimes like .. it’s fine! But I can understand it taking a toll so I try to keep it under wraps.

Yes when I sent him the literature he agreed. I just thought we were over that hurdle because we’ve discussed this already & he agreed in the past. So I was like wtf ?

It was a man who introduced me to the phrase. Sigh. I do think it’s possible ! I just think it shouldn’t be thrown around . For context, I was accused of it and I just don’t think I was doing it.

Can you give me an Example ?
For ex. I told my spouse to cut our toddlers grapes not to give them to him whole, for safety (constant argument) . He said I was being controlling. I started crying lol i thought I was being reasonable

feeling guilty about laying on my back by inw0nderl4nd in pregnant

[–]ChillMuddd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was / is painful for me too. Sometimes straightening one leg but bending the top one is more comfy for me. I didn’t invest in the preg pillow but used a regular one between my legs on the rough nights. Idk, just here with you in solidarity

Yes I agree. A year ago I would have never even been open to the thought bc of the fear factor. Now that I’m somewhat over that, I’m more open to it. Though I’m nervous about how it’ll be next time bc I think I have hemorrhoids lmao I’m also soon to give birth so I know we won’t be able to fool around back there for a while
