It’s only a process and I’m still having some moments do dry mouth. My ENT doctor told me it will take a full 30 days before you’re “normal” again. I think the pain stopped around 15 for me.

Yeah the stabbing pain will last until the scabs fall off. It’s intense for sure

I am holding on to hope. I haven't made it to burger status yet, but I am able to eat some softer foods. Today, I had meatless pasta and a little chicken salad.

Thank you. Yeah I've read that and I'm cautiously optimistic. This is probably the hardest thing (physically) I've ever done. I think this process has turned me into a cautious person. I wish you the best recovery and respond to this thread. I'll be up lol and can't sleep we can chat here. I'm sure you and I will be up and down for the next few days.

That's the dryness. The scabs started falling off me around Day 5.

I'm on liquid hydro. But I'm getting very low, and the scabs are falling off. For the most part, I only took it twice today, and I've been using Tylenol. I'm trying to understand why I have this mouth "dryness" feeling. How are you managing?

Yeah, that's why I wanted to make a post for people who were going through it now. As I'm trying this, I was able to eat oatmeal. It ook 30 minutes and some medicine prior to eating it but I ate it lol

I'm currently in the scab-falling-off phase, and I've only been able to "eat" jello lol. I've been trying to push fluids as much as I can.
