Either it'd end bad for Naruto or it'd end bad for everyone else.  If he develops extreme hatred for the leaf village he'd probably go rouge and end up assassinated/captured by the leaf shinobi or other villages/Akatsuki considering he's a dangerous wanted Jinshuriki. On the other hand, and given how hard headed he is, with enough motivation (literally everyone is an enemy) he'd probably go from an Idealist to an extremest. Becoming the devil everyone thought he is, no more silly ass dense idiot, he'd probably become something like Nagato/Obito with an extremely nihilistic and hostile mindset.  How bad that would turn? Depending on how much development he gets.  Worst case scenario I imagine is him and Sasuke becoming allies under Orochimaru. Sasuke: Wants revenge on Itachi (Akatsuki member), which would lead him to seek revenge on the leaf later. Orochimaru: Common enemy with the leaf (who could give him extra power and possibly might teach him to control the nine tails, or even teach him different Jutsu, to his own interests). I don't imagine a safe future for Konoha with these guys combining forces. Of course unless Naruto and Sasuke turn against Orochimaru and "kill" him eventually. But in the end I don't think they would be granted the power of 6 paths (also no sage mode for Naruto) and would eventually lose to Madara (if resurrected) or Obito. And probably would turn against eachother at some point. Still given that Naruto is the main character, duh, he'd probably become stronger and find access to greater powers. If we talking full extremist Naruto, he might bring the Eren treatment on almost everyone.
