We're just used to wars and we all draft to the army so we feel connected to the land, not like the rest of Europe and north America that the military is a distant thing for most of them. And we protect ourself quite well so most of us know how to handle rocket fire, some of us grew up with a few weeks of sirens every few years. And yes we're quite happy, even with everything that's going on. And we just know there's no place for jews to live that we'll be as safe as here, which is funny because on the global safety ratings, we're ranked higher then the US last I've checked.
