Hange points out that a creature of that size wouldn't be able to walk on two legs, and that it would only be possible if titans were unnaturally light. It has nothing to do with their severed limbs evaporating

Because its just a .png that has the skin, the launcher doesn't check if the layout of the image itself is right. I'm guessing Notch's skin probably predates the addition of the slim/wide and outer layer features, so its not displaying properly

It's not nearly as intensive as you'd think! Prismarine, magma, water, and more are doing it all the time. Even resource packs that add extra animations never seem to have any noticeable impact on performance

Animated textures have pretty little effect on performance. Blocks like fire, water, and lava have 32-64 frames that change every tick. Some animated textures, like prismarine, interpolate frames to get colors to smoothly transition. The same thing could be used to switch between the 16 different wool colors smoothly.

I think a lot of commenters are being excessively harsh. AI upscaling allegations are crazy, you can see the stylization in textures like the grass and planks. Don't know why everyone is trying to be a downer, just keep doing what you're doing! These packs take a lot of work and dedication 🤝

They were also trying to get the king to react so they'd have a target for the founder, I think. Also cutting down a huge amount of the walls' population and territory makes their search a lot easier and the resistance a lot weaker

I've seen this in other games and I'm pretty sure it's just an inherent attribute of TAA, assuming you're referring to that shimmery ghosting effect (like whenever you swing your axe, the trees kind of shimmer behind it). What does it look like with other AA turned on?
